Position: Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Manager to grow our air cargo business in Cambodia. Based in Phnom Penh, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and building strong industry relationships to expand our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in air freight and cross-border logistics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with freight forwarders, shippers, consignees, and industry stakeholders.
  • Prepare competitive quotations and proposals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
  • Represent FITS Cargo at trade shows, industry networking events, and client meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales; Cambodia market experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international cargo operations and shipping documentation.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; Khmer language skills are an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, competitive market.
