Join our Team at Errante
We are seeking for a back office and Customer Support officer to join our team. Both roles play a crucial part in an organization's success. The Back Office role ensures the smooth running of internal operations, while the Customer Support position directly enhances the customer experience. Depending on experience, the roles may overlap or have additional specialized responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative and support services efficiently to Back Office & Support team for smooth functioning of organisation.
- Respond to customer inquiries: Handle incoming customer emails, tickets and chat channels in a professional manner.
- Implement strong Know Your Client procedure to all potential and existing Clients.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation is collected and updated accordingly.
- Liaise with the Head of Back Office and Customer Support for any queried issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, to a high business standard essential. Second language would be an advantage.
- At least 1-year previous experience as BackOffice officer and Customer Support in the financial services industry.
- Strong email and written communication skills required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and excellent computer skills.
- Knowledge of FX-Backoffice CRM, or other CRMs, MT4 and MT5 manager would be considered as an advantage.
- Flexible work schedule and evening shifts will be required.
