Pay: $20.00/hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm Location: 415 N. Zarfoss Dr. York, PA

The job of a rabbittransit Operations Performance Coordinator is more important than providing a trip from point A to point B. An Operations Performance Coordinator's responsibilities include actively monitoring rider alerts to detect service disruptions, delays, no-shows, or cancellations. Works closely with Dispatchers to assess the status of operators. Provides guidance on service adjustments or rerouting to minimize service impact.
This position provides operational performance support by ensuring timely and reliable service delivery within daily operations. Some Of The Essential Duties And Responsibilities Achieves the Authority's mission by actively monitoring rider alerts to detect service disruptions, delays, no-shows, or cancellations. Takes action to address issues that impact service delivery and on-time Performance (OTP).
Works closely with dispatchers to assess the status of operators. Provides guidance on service adjustments or rerouting to minimize service impact . Analyzes trends related to delays , recurring service gaps, and early and late arrivals and departures. Recommends operational changes that improve on-time Performance (OTP).
Identifies patterns in no-shows and suggests process improvement ideas to reduce no-shows and improve OTP.
Some Of The Essential Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Experience
- High school degree or equivalent is required.
- Prefer one or more years of experience in an operations environment.
- Ability to understand transit systems operations and service area.
- Demonstrated ability to be accurate, well organized, multitask, prioritize and have a sense of urgency.
- Ability to use computers with proficiency with Microsoft Office and office equipment.
- Ability to be curious and learn from asking questions and listening to others.
- Good working knowledge of English, grammar, punctuation, spelling, style, etc.
- Ability to listen actively, persuade others to accept recommendations, and make presentations.
- Ability to be self-motivated and results oriented to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to analyze situations, solve problems and deal with a variety of changing situations in a timely manner.
- Able to function effectively under stress and remain calm and collected during emergencies; enjoy working under pressure.
- Ability to travel for organizational needs.
