Job Description:

We are seeking a Service Manager with extensive experience in the ICT Sector.

ITIL Certificate is not mandatory, but it is nice to have.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the delivery of ICT services, manage Service Level Agreement (SLAs), ensure continuous improvement of ICT service processes.

The Services in this area cover the management of stakeholders activities, the validation of needs and requirements, and management of SLAs.
