We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operations Manager to oversee and optimize core business operations in our Panama office. Key Responsibilities:
· Operational Strategy & Execution: Lead day-to-day operations while aligning with long-term business objectives and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT to ensure smooth coordination and operational synergy.
· Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
· Performance Monitoring: Define and track KPIs, prepare operational dashboards, and present regular performance reports to senior leadership.
· Risk Management: Proactively identify operational risks and establish mitigation plans to ensure business continuity and minimize disruptions.
· Budget & Resource Oversight: Manage operational budgets and optimize the use of manpower, tools, and materials across functional areas.
· Project Leadership: Lead operational improvement and cost-saving projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
· Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance protocols.

Required Qualifications:
· 8–12 years of experience in operations management, project delivery, or related roles, preferably within logistics, supply chain, FMCG, or industrial sectors.
· MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, or Project Management from a recognized institution.
· Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP certification, Agile frameworks).
· Proficiency in MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar platforms.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.
