About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, startup environment and is excited to become an integral part of a growing
team.
You’ll join the Amazon Operations team , training on Unicorn’s internal processes, tools, and ways of working. You'll help support client accounts on Amazon’s Seller Central and/or Vendor Central , covering everything from logistics to product launches.
You’ll report directly t o the Amazon Ops Lead and collaborate with various departments to improve workflows and execute brand strategies on the Amazon backend.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Seller Central or Vendor Central operations
- Create reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate inventory setup and shipment planning
- Support product launches and promotional setup
- Work closely with Amazon Support and troubleshoot issues
- Improve operational processes across brands
- Upload and optimize product content in line with Amazon A9 best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence
What You Bring
- Experience with Seller Central or Vendor Central
- An analytical mindset and strong spreadsheet skills
- Familiarity with Amazon-related tools such as Helium10 or JungleScout
- Detail-oriented and process-driven work style
- Excellent communication skills in English. Fluency in other European languages is a plus!
- A desire to learn and grow in the e-commerce/Amazon space
- Ability to take initiative and execute ideas effectively
- A collaborative, enthusiastic, and curious attitude
