Do you want an opportunity to work across different sales team(s) and business stakeholders to support the Distribution business meet its operational and regulatory risk requirements? We’re looking for a highly driven, analytical, forward-thinking individual to join our Krakow COO Distribution Team to support, execute and help manage regulations, risks & processes related to the EMEA Distribution business.
The responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Execute our regulatory responsibilities on a daily, recurring basis to ensure we meet the requirements.
- Help to monitor and to implement new regulatory initiatives within Global Markets Distribution
- act as an SME on the regulatory and operational risk framework for the Distribution business and other relevant key stakeholders .
- monitor and challenge the front to back control environment, making recommendations on controls design and operating effectiveness.
- Identify and investigate operational risk events and track actions to resolution.
- support Operational Risk initiatives across Distribution and provide input for the ongoing development of them.
- provide support to Distribution COOs on various control improvement and remediation initiatives.
- execute client lifecycle management processes and controls
Your team The COO distribution team is a highly strategic and cross-functional team that is responsible for the formulation, implementation and support of the key Distribution focused initiatives, and processes that impact our client’s experience. This is a diverse role spanning across Franchise and Execution Sales as well as parts of Digital Platforms, focusing on F2B controls. Members of the team will have broad exposure across the Global Markets business often collaborating and partnering with sales teams, management, and support teams.
Your expertise You Have:
- a strong interest in financial regulations and Global Market products
- an understanding of operational risk frameworks and controls (desirable)
- a strong work ethic and a demonstrated ability to handle recurring tasks, multiple priorities and deliver to deadline
- proven problem solving and organizational skills - high attention to detail is critical
- strong Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and word skills. Knowledge of Alteryx would be an advantage
