Personal Assistant to CEO – Join the Switchup Team!

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive  Personal Assistant (P.A.) to the CEO  to become an integral part of our team at Switchup. In this role, you will act as the CEO’s trusted partner, ensuring seamless coordination of their professional and personal responsibilities. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a dynamic set of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule Management:  Oversee and organize the CEO’s calendar, ensuring efficient time management.
• Task Prioritization:  Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks, addressing urgent matters promptly, and delegating responsibilities to relevant team members when necessary.
• Meeting Preparation:  Prepare and review materials for meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements and facilities are in place.
• Travel Coordination:  Manage travel logistics for the CEO, including transportation arrangements and scheduling meetings during trips.
• Personal Assistance:  Support the CEO with personal day-to-day tasks as needed.
• Administrative Support:  Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of  2 years of experience  as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
• Fluency in  Hebrew and English  (native or native-level proficiency), with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude with a strong sense of urgency and responsibility.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and solve problems under pressure.
• Detail-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
