About the Role

Travel Uncharted is seeking a dynamic Tour Coordinator to join our growing team. You will start by managing, booking, and coordinating our signature day tours , with the potential to grow into planning multi-day adventures and fully custom itineraries for clients from all over the world.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment while keeping the client experience at the heart of everything they do.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client bookings for day tours from start to finish
• Coordinate logistics with our guiding and operations teams
• Plan and prepare itineraries tailored to client preferences
• Liaise with suppliers, restaurants, and activity providers
• Handle last-minute changes with calm problem-solving
• Provide exceptional communication and service before, during, and after tours

Skills & Experience

• 2+ years in tour coordination, travel planning, or customer service in tourism
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English & Afrikaans
• Comfortable with booking systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly
