Process Excellence Specialist

We’re searching for a Process Excellence Specialist who can transform operational complexity into streamlined success. From inbound to inventory, from outbound to logistics your mission is simple: make it better, faster, and smarter.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Dive deep into Boutiqaat core operations identify gaps and elevate performance.
• Use data, process mapping, and your analytical mindset to reengineer workflows that cut costs and boost output.
• Drive standardization across all operational regions, ensuring a consistent and scalable approach.
• Build strong schedules and smarter teams ensure resources are optimized, not overextended.
• Design and deliver targeted training sessions for both new hires and existing team members.
• Monitor KPIs, share insights, and coach teams toward excellence.
• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive process documentation policies, SOPs, and workflows that guide, not confuse.
• Lead change management by making new processes stick through effective communication and team engagement.
• Investigate deviations, identify root causes, and implement course-correcting actions.
• Partner with HR, IT, Admin, and others to remove friction from daily operations.
• Use customer feedback (NPS) as your secret weapon for improving internal processes.
• Align stakeholders, secure buy-in for change, and help departments move from siloed to synchronized.
• Conduct operational audits that drive meaningful improvements not just paperwork.
• Evaluate new initiatives, track implementation outcomes, and present insights that matter.
• Maintain detailed records that help measure impact and fuel future improvements.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in process improvement or performance management—e-commerce or retail is a major plus.
• Lean Six Sigma certification? Even better.
• Advanced Excel skills—Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, the works.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and logistics platforms is a must.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus).
• Data-driven thinker with laser-sharp analytical skills.
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator.
• Master of detail, champion of quality, and relentless improver.
• Able to lead teams, adapt fast, and work the occasional odd hour when the mission demands it.
