About the role:

You will take over our current and future clients in Croatia, Serbia, North Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Slovenia.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, using your technical knowledge to help them achieve their business goals. You should be able to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical users, ensure product performance, and help guide clients through the integration process. Your goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with customers by delivering technical solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Integration Support:

Address clients doubts with efficient and caring communication, ensuring a positive experience throughout the integration process. Recommend solutions and best practices tailored to client needs to optimize the integration process.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the main point of contact for clients during the integration process and until the client goes live, fostering trust and alignment with their goals. Push clients to meet deadlines, ensuring integrations are completed in the shortest time possible without compromising quality.

Skills:

  • Align integration processes with company goals and objectives.
  • Continuously optimize procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute to write and maintain comprehensive documentation for the department.
  • Report on product performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Experience:
  • University/College degree, preferably in Business or Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related sales environment, preferably in Hardware
  • Fluent English
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent communication with both customers and internal colleagues
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Salesforce.
  • Strategic thinking abilities, especially in forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Driving license “B” and willingness to travel approximately 2 months total during the year.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to quickly grasp customer needs and provide appropriate technical solutions.
  • Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
