Role Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with deadlines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow into a Product Owner/Manager position, offering opportunities to shape product strategy and deepen technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

● Project Execution: Track task completion, monitor deadlines, and ensure projects stay on schedule using tools like Trello and Jira.

● Agile/Kanban Leadership: Facilitate daily standups while maintaining Agile/Kanban workflows.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, stakeholders) to align priorities and resolve blockers.

● Reporting: Provide transparent updates on project status, KPIs, and outcomes to the Product Owner and leadership.

● Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows and adopt new tools to boost efficiency.

● Technical Liaison: Use your IT literacy to bridge communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Requirements:

● 1+ years of project management experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in Trello, Jira, and Agile/Kanban methodologies.

● Technical literacy to understand software development processes, basic IT concepts, and tools.

● Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Desired Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

● Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for researching and testing new tools/technologies.

● Interest in transitioning long-term to a Product Owner/Manager role.
