Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager based in Baghdad. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing commercial activities, developing business plans, contract management, and overseeing team management. The role requires strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the company’s commercial strategy in alignment with its objectives in the real estate market.

• Develop the sales and marketing strategy to support business growth and expand market share.

• Prepare sales plans and share

marketing plans

• Lead and motivate the sales and operations teams to achieve set targets.

• Negotiate with investors, developers, and key clients, and close commercial deals.

• Analyze market trends and real estate pricing, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Oversee the preparation of contracts and agreements, ensuring their legal and commercial accuracy.

• Coordinate with senior management to provide regular reports on commercial performance and revenues.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field .

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role .

• Strong ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Solid knowledge of local and regional markets.

• Proficiency in computer applications (Excel, CRM systems, project management software).
