• Project Overview

The project involves the construction of a 1,000 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant located in the Sairam District of the Turkestan Region, Republic of Kazakhstan. The scope covers the development of the main site infrastructure and facilities required for the power generation complex, excluding external utility networks. This facility is designed to provide reliable and efficient energy production, contributing to the region’s industrial growth and energy security.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop, structure, and update planning documentation, including:

o  Level III schedule;

o  Explanatory note to the planning schedule;

o  Critical path analysis;

o  Level IV schedules for construction, pre-commissioning and commissioning works;

o  Progress execution plans (S-curves) by workstream;

o  Personnel and equipment mobilization plans.

·       Weekly updates of Level IV construction schedules and monthly updates of Level III schedules.

·       Prepare monthly-daily work assignment forms (SMG) for subcontractors and quarterly mobilization plans (QMP) for workforce and equipment.

·       Prepare daily/monthly work assignments for the Client based on Level IV schedule.

·       Generate "open work front" reports, including comprehensive analysis of MDR and PSR.

·       Review and coordinate subcontractor schedules and mobilization plans.

·       Monitor and verify physical volumes of completed work.

Requirements:

·       Solid experience in developing multi-level schedules using Primavera P6 .

·       Ability to handle large volumes of tabular data efficiently.

·       Experience in preparing analytical and statistical reports, calculation tables, and charts.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , including Power Query and Power Pivot .

·       Understanding of industrial and civil construction processes and technologies.

·       Ability to work in a multitasking and fast-paced environment.

·       Experience collaborating with construction teams and Clients.

·       Strong business correspondence and communication skills.
