Transportation Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Operations Manager located in Riga, Latvia. The Transportation Operations Manager will oversee daily Partial load department operations, ensure timely and efficient movement of goods. Responsibilities include optimizing routes, managing drivers and fleet, coordinating with customers, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Skills in Operations Management and Supply Chain Management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field
