* Experience: 3-4 years of experience as a Senior Production Officer/Production Supervisor in Dairy Industry.

-JD:

• Handle overall operation of the dairy company

• Handle manual operation of production.

• Ensure all dairy products meet safety, quality, and hygiene standards (local and international).

• Supervise laboratory testing of raw milk, in-process materials, and finished products.

• Monitor production lines to ensure timely, high-quality output.

• Supervise production staff and ensure efficient use of resources (milk, ingredients, manpower).

• Plan, coordinate, and control daily dairy production activities.
