Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager located in Sumqayit. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff and inventory, handling customer service issues, and overseeing food and beverage quality. This role also involves hiring and training new employees, maintaining communication with current staff, and implementing procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
