We’re looking for a Team Leader to join our dynamic team, lead people with empathy, and drive technical excellence🚀.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and clients, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and manage multiple project demands.
• Lead a team of developers, helping them grow their skills to reach their full potential.
• Identify team strengths and areas for improvement, providing guidance and support where needed.
• Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where team members feel supported.

Requirements:

• Advanced student or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Solid experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript .
• Experience with Docker and a strong understanding of cloud environments .
• Strong communication in English, with experience working with U.S. clients.
• A deep understanding of leadership and the ability to develop and support your team members.
• Project management experience, including client handling and team development.
• Human skills: Empathy and understanding to help team members overcome challenges.
• Organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• Formal education or experience in project management.
• Knowledge of video and streaming software .
