What We're Looking For tozero GmbH is on a mission to build a more sustainable future by recovering critical materials from end-of-life batteries. As a Plant Operator, you will play a key role in our production facility by supporting safe and efficient day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for individuals with a hands-on mindset and an interest in working in a dynamic industrial environment focused on clean technology and the circular economy.

What You Can Expect

• Execute operational tasks to support materials handling and processing in a chemical-industrial setting
• Follow safety procedures and standard operating protocols at all times
• Monitor equipment and assist in routine process activities under supervision
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area in line with site standards
• Support logistics, documentation, and material movement within the facility
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Other responsibilities as required by production needs

Your profile

• Experience in industrial operations, chemical handling, or production environments preferred
• Comfortable working in shift-based schedules (including nights and weekends) and wearing full PPE (e.g. gloves, safety glasses, respirators, protective clothing)
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations; commitment to safe work practices
• Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting materials
• Reliable team player with a hands-on approach and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures precisely and communicate clearly in a fast-paced setting
• Forklift license or technical certification considered an asset
