General Operatives - Dublin 12

We are currently recruiting for General Operatives (fulltime morning shift only) for our site in Ballymount, Dublin 12. No experience is required.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays)

plus one Saturday or Sunday every two weeks

Key Responsibilities:

• Unloading soiled laundry from delivery trolleys, sorting, washing, drying, and finishing residents’ clothing according to operational procedures.
• Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Inspecting garments for quality and reprocessing where required.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following all health and safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
• Reporting equipment faults or safety hazards promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an industrial laundry or production environment desirable but not essential — full training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive team attitude.
