Vidal Associates Consulting and Search, a leading player in direct approach recruitment of specialist executives and senior managers in France and internationally, is recruiting on behalf of its client for a Regional Sales Manager (M/F) position based in Vienna (Austria) .

As part of the development of its activities, our client is recruiting :

Regional Sales Manager - Eastern Europe F/M

Based in Vienna (Austria)

Your main responsibilities :

- Drive the expansion and adoption of innovative SaaS and PaaS solutions across Eastern Europe, ensuring strong market presence and sustainable growth ;

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Tier 2/3 banks, microfinance institutions, digital wallets, and payment service providers, while establishing and strengthening a regional partner ecosystem ;

- Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships ;

- Build and lead strategic partnerships with regional distributors and system integrators to maximize market coverage and delivery efficiency ;

- Represent the organisation at major industry events in the region, enhancing brand visibility and promoting solutions to prospective clients and partners ;

- Gather and share in-depth market intelligence on customer expectations, competitive activities, and pricing trends to support product development and strategic marketing initiatives.

- Significant experience in selling complex B2B FinTech or core banking solutions within the Central and Eastern European market.

- A strong and active network of C-level contacts across several Eastern European banks.

- Excellent command of English, along with fluency in at least one regional language such as Polish, Romanian, Czech, or Hungarian.

- Solid background in switching, payment processing, card issuing, or cloud-based core banking platforms.
