Who should apply?

Ideal candidates will have led post-merger integration programmes in complex, multi-site environments. Strong commercial and operational acumen is essential, along with the ability to work at pace and manage diverse stakeholder groups. Key requirements include:

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale post-merger integration projects
  • 10+ years’ experience in senior transformation, programme management, or operational leadership roles

  • Experience delivering headcount, procurement, and energy cost efficiencies
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, including C-suite interaction

  • Operational Synergies – Identify and deliver quick wins as well as longer-term savings in procurement, headcount, and energy costs
  • Programme Management – Develop and manage an integration roadmap, including Day 1, first 100 days, and long-term milestones
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with senior leaders across all functions to drive alignment and resolve issues
  • Performance Monitoring – Establish KPIs to track progress and ensure delivery against synergy targets
  • Change Management – Anticipate and manage the impact of integration on people, processes, and systems
  • Governance & Reporting – Maintain clear, regular reporting to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and mitigations
