Project Manager LNG

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an LNG Project Manager for Mozambique.

This is a long-term assignment.

As part of a strategic project to build LNG port infrastructure, you will be responsible for the overall management of the project, from the execution phase to final acceptance, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, deadlines, budget and technical standards.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations: planning, execution, technical coordination and contract monitoring.
• Manage tenders, subcontractor and supplier contracts.
• Supervise FIDIC aspects: validation of options, monitoring of claims and risk management.
• Coordinate project human resources (mobilisation, assignments, technical reviews, reporting).
• Participate in business development (local network, public relations).
• Manage and support the development of project teams' skills.

Profil :

• Degree in civil engineering, construction or equivalent.
• Minimum 15 years' experience on major infrastructure projects (>€150 million) in maritime environments (piers, quays, LNG terminals, etc.).
• Experience on international projects in Africa.
• Advanced knowledge of international contracts (FIDIC), budget management, technical and logistics management.
• Leadership, ability to work in multicultural and isolated environments.
• Fluent English essential (working language) – any other language is an asset.
