Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Luxury Multi-Brand Aftersales Manager resposible for JLR , Porsche , Aston Martin , Bentley & Volvo, located in St. Peter, Jersey. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for ensuring the client ownership experience is world-class every time, managing aftersales operations, utilizing analytical skills, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales through aftersales activities.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Aftersales and Sales management experience
• Analytical Skills
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Hands On operational experience & leadership in a retailer / dealership is preferable.
