Job Description:
An established international group, active in the Baltic markets for decades, is seeking a Managing Director to lead and develop its regional sales subsidiary. The company operates in technical B2B solutions for industries such as construction. Its products are valued for quality, reliability, and long-term performance, and the group has a strong global market presence.
About the Role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially driven leader to take responsibility for the subsidiary’s operations in the Baltics and selected neighboring markets. This is both a strategic and hands-on sales leadership role, with a focus on further business growth, organizational efficiency and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Baltic sales subsidiary, ensuring profitability, operational excellence, and compliance with group standards.
- Act as the top salesperson and representative of the company, building strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base and penetrate new market segments within construction, electrical, HVAC and industrial services sectors.
- Ensure efficient internal structures, including sales, service, and back-office functions.
- Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and warehouse/product availability.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and negotiations.
Candidate Profile:
- University degree in engineering, construction, mechanical engineering, business management or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally within construction, industrial equipment, electrical installation, HVAC or tool rental services.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing sales teams and building long-term customer relationships in the Baltic markets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial control.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English language skills.
- Hands-on leader with strategic vision, negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire teams.
