Location:  Hybrid – Focus on Tokyo and major Japanese fashion hubs

Compensation:  High Commission Structure + Path to Country Leadership Role

We are seeking a  SENIOR-LEVEL B2B LUXURY FASHION DIRECTOR  to lead our Japanese expansion — starting with the placement of our in-stock  2025 Summer Collection  and advancing into the strategic rollout of our  Spring/Summer 2026 Collection .

We’re only looking for someone with:

  • Established, direct retail connections  ready to open doors for premium B2B distribution in Japan.
  • A proven network of  retail buyers, distributors, showrooms, agents, department stores, boutique owners, and concept stores .
  • Proven B2B sales in Japan  exceeding ¥10,000,000 in the past 6 months.
  • Demonstrated ability to  move existing stock immediately , not just build future pipelines.
  • Industry credibility  and a leadership mindset to scale with the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Place  Laboosh’s 2025 Summer Collection  (ready-to-ship from our EU warehouse) in high-quality Japanese retail channels.
  • Lead account acquisition and management for distributors and retail partners nationwide.
  • Position  Laboosh  in premium department stores, concept stores, and boutiques with strong sell-through potential.
  • Build and execute the B2B strategy for  SS26  alongside brand leadership.
  • Deliver  sales reports, buyer feedback, and market insights  directly to HQ.
  • Develop a scalable,  exclusive territory model  in collaboration with Laboosh HQ.
