Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Assistant Manager for META. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations related to META, developing strategies to improve course offerings, liaising between instructors and learners, and overseeing administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with team members, ensuring the quality of educational materials, and implementing new learning methodologies. Additionally, the role involves tracking performance metrics and optimizing workflows to enhance user experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (High to native level of English)
• Video creation and editing skills, including familiarity with video editing software
• Strong research and scripting abilities
• Be funny and energetic
• To have appropriate equipment (a good - quality camera and mic)
• Capacity to explain concepts clearly and engagingly
• Good understanding of English grammar, literature, and teaching methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in educational content creation or teaching is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Literature, Education, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
