Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Hybrid – some work-from-home flexibility)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This full-time hybrid role requires a results-driven professional with in-depth knowledge of the fintech and CFDs industry, capable of driving revenue growth, fostering partnerships, and representing the Company at industry events.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

  • Identify and capitalise on business development opportunities aligned with the Company’s strategy.
  • Manage and execute business development plans to meet and exceed performance metrics.
  • Research, initiate, and establish partnerships with new B2B clients.
  • Maintain a strong development pipeline and leverage existing client relationships to generate new business.
  • Develop growth strategies focusing on both financial performance and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new B2B clients to ensure a smooth integration process.
  • Organise and attend business meetings, locally and internationally, including conferences and industry events.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and new B2B clients.
  • Monitor financial market developments and industry trends.
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines when processing client documentation.
  • Negotiate and market partnership agreements to achieve mutually beneficial terms.
  • Confidently promote the Company’s products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of agreed solutions.
  • Undertake other relevant duties as required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of the fintech and FX/CFDs industry.
  • Minimum 3 years’ proven success in business development, institutional sales, or dealing within fintech/CFDs.
  • Excellent understanding of business development, client relationship management, and trading desk operations.
  • Knowledge of risk management and market analysis, including basic technical and fundamental analysis.
  • Strong self-management, creative problem-solving, and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales with strong networking capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment under pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly desirable.
