Service Delivery Manager Performance Testing

HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, active in the telecom industry, in their search for a freelance Service Delivery Manager Performance Testing. They are located in Mechelen.

This role focuses on managing and scaling the central performance testing team, challenging partners, and aligning QA strategy with business stakeholders. It combines technical expertise with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

The ideal candidate has:

• At least 6-7 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• Strong background in load and performance testing and experience with JMeter is required. Experience with Dynatrace (or at least similar monitoring tools) and Jira and Confluence is also required.
• Fluency in English is required. Fluency in Dutch is a big plus.

This is a long term project with possibility of extension, the start date is ASAP and our client has a hybrid homeworking policy.
