Overview

• This prime focus of thhis role is coaching operate maintain team through trouble shooting the mechanical/electrical major breakdowns & overhauls.
• The job incumbent focuses as well on predictive maintenance.
• The job incumbent plays an integral role preparing maintenance kits spare parts refurbishment.

Responsibilities

• Coach the operate maintain team through mechanical/electrical major breakdowns troubleshooting to ensure continuous knowledge transfer.
• Assist Maintenance Engineer in the overhauls planning. Identify along the needed spare parts.
• Lead the operate maintain team through mechanical/electrical
• Create overhauls work orders on SAP PM
• Execute predictive maintenance (Infra-Red, vibration, leakage, alignment, tension) and record data on SAP PM.
• Update maintenance plan according to RCA outcomes
• Continuously prepare maintenance kits, fabrication & refurbishment to ensure readiness.
• Lead continuous Improvement in own areas.
• Assist Maintenance Engineer in developing RCA
• Close all abnormalities & basic condition red tags as per the timelines
• Plant projects
• Own Spare parts Productivity (Spare Parts Usage) - copy in the maintenance engineer+ CI

Qualifications

• Vocational education certificate (preferably industrial/ manufacturing).
• Min. of 5 years in manufacturing / maintenance.
• Effective planning & communication skills
• computer literacy
