Quality Department Head

Our Client is a leading manufacturer and distributor of connectors, electromechanical components, and metal products used in the automotive industry, television and audio equipment, as well as specialized tooling, technological equipment, semi-finished products, and other industrial components.

A pioneer in the field of automation and robotics in manufacturing, the company operates its own research and development department and independently designs and assembles automated production lines for its internal processes.

To support its continued growth, the company is actively seeking an experienced key leader for the role of:

Quality Department Head

Role Overview

• Organize, lead, coordinate, and control all activities related to the management and improvement of the Technical Quality Control department;
• Manage and update the overall quality management system in compliance with corporate and international standards;
• Ensure the maintenance and preparation of internal documentation in accordance with quality and safety management standards;
• Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in response to deviations or complaints;
• Coordinate interactions between departments to apply internal safety and quality standards;
• Organize and participate in employee training to enhance skills and adapt to new technologies;
• Ensure compliance with production discipline and safety standards;
• Conduct quality control of manufactured components and details, ensuring compliance with design and technological requirements;
• Analyze non-conformities, implement corrective actions, and track their effectiveness;
• Oversee testing and certification processes to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field;
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with FMEA, 8D reports, Six Sigma, CPK, R&R, and control plans ;
• Excellent understanding of quality and environmental management standards – ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001 ;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop reports and strategies;
• Process management, task delegation, and priority-setting skills;
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities;
• Experience with automated control systems and measurement equipment.
