Machine Operator (Weekend Shift)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Weekend Shift Machine Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This role involves operating and monitoring multiple machines, such as EDM, Laser, and grinding machines.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a machine shop, be able to perform basic inspections, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Note: Training will be conducted during normal shift for the first couple of weeks.

Responsibilities:

• Operate multiple production machines (e.g., EDM, Laser, Grinder, etc.)
• Load and unload parts into work-holding fixtures
• Start up and shut down machines per work instructions
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Record serial numbers and inspection data into digital logs
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstations and surrounding areas
• Package finished parts for shipping per requirements
• Follow all standardized safety and quality practices
• Collaborate with team members and engineering on quality or operational issues

Qualifications:

• Experience operating EDM, Laser, or grinding machines
• Previous training in mechanical or machining trades

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person as defined under ITAR (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
• Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
