Graduate Operations Manager
Gibson Watts
Job Description:
Company:
We’ve partnered with a start-up that’s redefining how sustainable metals are procured for some of the world’s most elite and respected brands. Their work spans complex global supply chains, high-stakes projects, and partnerships with vendors and customers at the very top of their industries.
Due to continued growth, they’re looking for the sharp graduate other companies overlook - the one passed over because you “lack experience.” They’d rather invest in your talent, intelligence, and ambition than spend years unpicking someone else’s bad habits.
They’ll teach you their way - the right way - from day one.
What You’ll Do:
- Source materials and manage RFQs from US and global suppliers and customers
- Negotiate with vendors and build strong, lasting relationships
- Coordinate shipping and optimise logistics across multiple projects
- Oversee cross-functional project management with tight deadlines
- Analyse markets and develop smart procurement strategies
What You’ll Bring:
- Independent thinking and problem-solving skills - you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Resilience to thrive in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
- Ability to quickly master complex supply chains and operations
- Confidence when speaking with world-class brands and high-level stakeholders
If you’re looking for a corporate training program, a slow on-ramp into responsibility, or a predictable 9–5, this isn’t for you.
They will hand you real responsibility from day one, support you while you grow, and give you a career foundation most graduates can only dream of.
Location: Based in Austria, remote work with direct collaboration with their California leadership team.
DISCLAIMER : Must be a recent graduate (0–1 year out of school/university) - no prior full-time operations experience required or desired.
