Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and communicative Brand Coordinator to support the marketing and branding initiatives of our Company.
The ideal candidate will act as a key connector between the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring brand consistency, alignment on goals, smooth collaboration, and timely execution of campaigns. You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and are expected to take initiative, handling day-to-day tasks with minimal supervision while safeguarding brand identity and messaging across all channels.
Key Functions
- Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing to ensure all marketing outputs reflect the company’s brand and the needs of the sales team.
- Translate sales input into actionable briefs, promotional materials, and targeted campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns, events, and communications.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, digital ads, landing pages, webinars).
- Adapt and localize global marketing assets to suit regional markets and regulatory requirements while maintaining brand consistency.
- Track campaign performance, compile reports, and recommend improvements based on key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROI, etc.).
- Prepare and maintain sales enablement materials such as brochures, presentations, product sheets, and other brand assets.
- Oversee the logistics, promotion, follow-up, and tracking of event-related campaigns.
- Maintain campaign calendars, internal trackers, and approval workflows.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines across all initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and feedback loops between Sales and Marketing to maintain momentum.
- Independently manage operational tasks while aligning with strategic guidance from the CMO.
- Monitor brand presence across digital platforms and support the consistency of tone, style, and imagery.
Competencies and Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Marketing Analytics are a plus.
- 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, branding, or communications role (experience in the Forex industry is highly desirable).
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional roles where marketing collaborates closely with sales teams.
- Strong track record in campaign coordination, branding, marketing execution, and stakeholder management.
- Exposure to performance marketing, CRM tools, or client lifecycle communications is advantageous.
- Initiative-driven and capable of working independently while maintaining alignment with broader brand and business strategy.
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (CRM, email marketing, content scheduling, basic design collaboration).
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to produce high-quality client-facing materials and reports.

- Email marketing systems
- Google Analytics & Google Ads
- Social media and content scheduling tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under tight deadlines.
