Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Officer – HORECA to join our dynamic team in Kathmandu on a full-time, on-site basis. The Sales Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés, driving sales growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires proactive client engagement, effective sales strategies, and the ability to represent our premium alcohol brands to the HORECA segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients, including hotel chains, fine-dining restaurants, bars, and cafés
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
  • Present and promote the company’s portfolio of premium alcoholic beverages to potential and existing clients
  • Execute sales strategies tailored to the HORECA market segment
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely deliveries and after-sales support
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the HORECA or beverage/alcohol industry
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in lead generation, B2B sales, and key account management
  • Understanding of HORECA channel sales strategies and dynamics
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
