Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Pricing & Packaging Manager with the ability to shape strategy while rolling up their sleeves to execute. This role will lead the full process of redefining how products are priced, packaged, and monetized to deliver customer value and accelerate revenue growth.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience, senior-level expertise in pricing and monetization, and a proven track record of driving impactful change within SaaS or software businesses.
The Role:
- Take ownership of the entire pricing and packaging strategy, including subscription models, bundles, and feature tiers.
- Redesign the go-to-market approach to ensure alignment with market trends, customer needs, and business growth objectives.
- Develop actionable pricing strategies backed by robust data and financial modeling.
- Implement new pricing and packaging models, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation analysis.
- Evaluate price elasticity and willingness-to-pay, translating insights into clear recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to align monetization strategies with product roadmaps and commercial goals.
- Support Sales on strategic deals and pricing scenarios when needed.
- Test pricing hypotheses through pilots and experiments, tracking performance and iterating as needed.
- Continuously monitor KPIs (ARPU, attach rates, conversion) and optimize strategies for impact.
You:
- Experience: 5–10 years in pricing strategy, monetization, or commercial roles within SaaS/software businesses.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels—comfortable creating frameworks and doing the detailed work.
- Highly proactive, commercially savvy, and hands-on with execution.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a bias for action.
- Background in B2B technology or design software.
- Global market experience.
