Laboratory Technician

Job Summary:

To control the quality of incoming material and final product at the plant

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out testing of raw materials as per ITP (Internal Testing Plan)
2. Visually inspect and/or test every incoming delivery of course and fine aggregates for its quality before acceptance.
3. Conduct daily testing of concrete specimens.
4. Ensure that all tests are carried out as per procedures given in Business Operating System and in Indian standards.
5. Ensure compliance with all QA/QC protocols as per BOS.
6. Ensure that all test equipments are properly operated and maintained. Ensure safe operation of the laboratory and all related equipment
7. Plant calibration along with other plant team members
8. Timely submission of reports to external and internal customers
9. Ensure the health and safety of oneself, colleagues, vendor partners by complying with the Company policies, procedures, guidelines, rules and regulations of occupational health and safety at work

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Civil Diploma/ Graduate
• Experience: 3 – 5 Years from RMC or Aggregate or Construction industry
