Job description:

• Onboarding, traning and building confidence with new partners on the TBO.COM b2b platform.
• Act as the primary sales contact for travel agents via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Assist in local sales processes, including credit management, offline activities, lead generation, training, and complaint resolution.
• Provide sales support and guidance to travel agents utilizing TBO.COM's online reservation system.
• Support sales managers with various office and administrative tasks.
• Work closely with internal HQ teams to drive solutions, resolve issues, and follow up on sales cases.
• Translate messages and facilitate communication in

This role is both hands-on and multifaceted, combining sales and operations functions specifically for the

Ukraine

market.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the travel industry (B2B).
• Previous experience in servicing travel agents or travel suppliers, Tour operator.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive team player with a self-starter mentality.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
