Workshop Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of workshop technicians and mechanics.

Allocate jobs according to skill sets, priorities, and workload.

Ensure repairs and services are completed within set timelines and to manufacturer standards.

Conduct regular quality checks on completed jobs before vehicle delivery.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment in line with health and safety regulations.

Monitor and control workshop tools, equipment, and resources.

Provide technical guidance and support to technicians when needed.

Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely availability of required parts.

Prepare and maintain accurate service and repair records.

Train, mentor, and evaluate workshop staff performance.

Assist in handling customer complaints related to workshop operations.
