Saleslogic is a well established name in the global recruitment industry. They have nearly 20 years experience working with an array of clients in the tech industry as well as other sectors. Roles filled include all levels of sales but also marketing and other commercial and IT roles. This year they have opened a new office in Belgrade and are working with a range of interesting companies across Europe.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Outreach & Research Assistant to support our recruitment and business development operations.

You’ll work directly with a senior international recruiter, using LinkedIn and a CRM system to identify companies and decision-makers, send tailored messages via scripts, and maintain outreach workflows.

This is a great fit for someone analytical, self-organized, and curious — ideally based in Belgrade or anywhere in Serbia, with strong computer skills and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do:

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter to search and filter company and candidate data

• Analyze profiles to ensure they match project criteria before outreach

• Send outreach messages using pre-written scripts via LinkedIn and CRM

• Keep CRM data clean and up-to-date (e.g., tracking replies, status updates)

• Follow clear workflows and support with research tasks when needed

You’re a Good Fit If You:

• Have an analytical mindset — you enjoy sorting data and spotting patterns

• Are confident using tools like LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, or CRM platforms

• Understand (or are willing to learn) how to evaluate companies and decision-makers

• Work independently and communicate clearly

• Speak good English and can follow instructions precisely

Nice to Have (But Not Required):

• Experience in recruitment, lead generation, or LinkedIn sourcing

• Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot, Zoho, etc.)

• Any background in research, sales support, or admin work
