Production Manager, Injection Molding Department

Our client manufactures and trades connectors, electromechanical components, and metal products used in the automotive industry, television and audio technology, as well as specialized tools, technological equipment, semi-finished products, and other items.

As a leader in automation and robotics in manufacturing, the company has its own R&D department, designing and assembling automated lines used in its production processes.

In connection with a vacant position, the company is looking to hire an experienced and reliable:

Production Manager, Injection Molding Department

Role Responsibilities:

• Manages and organizes the injection molding production, addressing current issues related to the production plan execution.
• Ensures complete technological preparation of the department.
• Develops production schedules and monitors their adherence.
• Oversees order completion deadlines, ensuring compliance with production technology and quality standards.
• Controls the optimal operation of all machines and ensures proper usage and maintenance of equipment and machinery.
• Ensures the supply of raw materials, monitors their usage to minimize waste, and optimizes resources.
• Oversees and is responsible for the quality and cost-efficiency of the produced products.
• Provides recommendations for cost optimization based on production result analyses and opportunities for process improvements.
• Processes technical and production documentation.
• Organizes and leads the implementation and production of new products.
• Issues instructions and provides guidance related to production technologies.

Candidate Profile:

• Higher technical education in Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Engineering.
• Experience and knowledge of the specifics of production and technological processes in injection molding—core and auxiliary equipment, specialized tools, technological equipment, raw materials.
• Knowledge of and compliance with the IATF 16949 standard requirements.
• Working-level proficiency in English.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and make independent decisions.
• Excellent organizational and managerial abilities.
• Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.
