Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tallinn for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with key accounts, planning business strategies, analysing market trends, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires regularly liaising with international partners and understanding market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the wholesale and distribution sector.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, responding quickly to questions , resolving issues, and anticipating client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements , ensuring mutual value and alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate internally with logistics and sales to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of client orders.
- Monitor client order volumes and feedback to ensure a proactive approach to account management.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expanding product offerings or entering new segments.
- Provide regular reports on account performance , client satisfaction, and market insights to the management team.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development , preferably in wholesale, FMCG, or a related industry .
- Proven track record of managing B2B client relationships and driving revenue growth .
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills , with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments to ensure smooth account operations.
- Experience working with food or pet product categories is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP systems , Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Fluency in Estonian and English is required; other languages are considered a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
