Procurement Supervisor

We are thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new luxury resort in the breathtaking Maldives! As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for a talented and experienced Procurement Supervisor to join our pre-opening team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all purchasing activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts in line with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with department heads for operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with all purchasing standards, procedures, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to control costs and improve efficiency.
• Support the setup and implementation of procurement processes during the pre-opening phase.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar purchasing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Previous experience in a pre-opening hotel or resort is a strong advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
