We’re looking for a Warehouse Optimisation Specialist - a ground-level strategist who can walk a warehouse floor and instantly see where the money is being made… and where it’s leaking away. You’ll be the eyes, ears, and instincts of our operational intelligence work - capturing how things really run and shaping the changes that make millions in measurable impact.

What you’ll do:

• Conduct immersive warehouse walkthroughs, observing workflows and identifying friction points others miss.
• Map processes end-to-end and expose hidden inefficiencies.
• Capture under-utilised operational data and translate it into profit opportunities.
• Work closely with our engineering team to design AI-powered optimisations.
• Present clear, actionable insights to client leadership with board-level impact.
