Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative specializing in lubricants, located in Kathmandu.
- Promote and sell Motul lubricants to customers, dealers, and workshops within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on Motul’s features and advantages.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and submit them to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure after-sales service support and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales abilities and experience in Sales Management
- Experience in Training clients or team members
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the automotive or lubricants industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
