Neptune Style Limited is looking for General Manager - Operation

100% Export Oriented Knit Garments.

Responsibilities:

• We are looking General Manager – Operation for Knit Oriented Garments.
• Maintain various documents (buyer wise, style wise, order wise).
• Candidate should be responsible for Operation.
• Ensure factory efficiency.
• Find out the corrective measures and ensure implementation for smooth operation system.
• Find out Garments SMV and consumption.
• Candidate should be strong knowledge on knitting, Dyeing, Printing & others fabrication issue.
• Able to do modern and scientific machine layout.
• Ensure optimum utilization, machine and material to yield higher productivity.
• To take responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues.
• To take necessary measures with the Admin, HR & Compliance Dept.
• Having a clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made an exportable stage.
• Very Strong Knowledge on sourcing of fabrics, accessories & any other material local & import.
• Regular monitoring of the production lines/factories to achieve for timely shipment.
• Daily basis update to M.D & other concern in own accord.
• Capable to work under pressure.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Education in textile background will get preference.

Additional Requirements

• Must be very good in communicating in fluent English.
• Applicant should be well capable do deal with foreign customers.
