Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

KLIMB BD is our newly established footwear retail brand with a global vision.

We are looking for an Executive for the Warehouse Department.

Job Responsibility:

• Ensure an efficient warehouse operation that can fulfill operational and customer demand.
• Ensure quick delivery after receiving the PO.
• Analyze inventory data to meet demand with zero unavailability.
• Plan, Co-ordinate, and Monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring physical counts are conducted and reconciled with an automated system utilizing the help of the warehouse team.
• Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including labeling of all stock items.
• Ensure efficient and effective use of warehouse space to include layout and future capacity requirements.
• Review ways to reduce waste and leftover management control and properly follow FIFO.
• Ensure that staff comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and work safely to protect themselves and others in the warehouse environment.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Skills Required: Software, Warehouse Management, Reporting and Documentation, Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Manufacturing (FMCG),Garments,Tannery/Footwear,Group of Companies,Garments Accessories,Shop/Showroom

Additional Requirements

• Good IT skills in particular spreadsheets and databases, and knowledge of warehouse systems.
• Analytical and numerical ability.
• Strong decision-making skills and excellent attention to skills.
• Previous experience in inventory control & core warehouse management.
• Knowledge and understanding of lean techniques will add advantage.
