As we grow, we’re looking for a E-Commerce manager to take charge of our studio and warehouse operations in Petah Tikva , leading the heart of where the Clawee magic happens.

Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and develop the e-commerce within the company to maximize sales, improve customer experience, and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional operation of all digital activities in real-time. The role includes responsibility for managing digital platforms, initiating and implementing marketing and sales strategies, overseeing live streaming processes, and managing interfaces with internal and external teams to improve business performance.

Job Description:

·Manage inventory system for physical goods (dolls).

· Liaise with overseas suppliers.

· Coordinate with warehouses, logistics companies, and international shipping on e-commerce platforms.

· Manage a team of virtual employees based abroad (India).

· Upload new rewards to the app on a weekly basis.

· Plan monthly strategy and schedule for the app.

· Negotiate with suppliers, shipping companies, and warehouses to reduce costs.

· Operate and update the app regularly.

Job Requirements – Knowledge, Education, Special Skills, and Professional Experience

Who You Are

· Experience in marketing and automation of gaming applications.

· Experience managing live inventory systems for physical goods.

· Experience dealing with overseas suppliers.

· Experience working with international logistics companies.

· Experience managing teams abroad.

· High level of English (writing, reading, speaking) – mandatory!

· Ability to work in a team.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Full-time position at the company’s offices.

· Based in (or willing to relocate to) Petah Tikva, Israel
