Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to take on responsibility for key areas, including corporate risk management, financial control, and the company’s insurance coverage. The ideal candidate is someone who welcomes challenges and turns the company’s mission into part of their daily work, providing precise and high-quality service to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage corporate risk management processes across the company’s operations in both Bulgaria and Romania.
- Oversee the planning and administration of all company insurance policies, including property, vehicle, liability, and other relevant types.
- Participate in defining the company’s insurance and risk management strategy, including timelines and renewal coordination.
- Conduct financial due diligence of new clients – review financial statements and assess credit risk.
- Monitor and analyze accounts receivable and overdue balances.
- Review and approve credit limits for new and existing customers in line with company policy.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge and/or experience in insurance policies and contract management.
- Strong skills in financial analysis and commercial risk assessment.
- Proven experience in internal reporting and client monitoring.
- English language – min. B2 level is required.
