About FinMP

FinMP is a boutique advisory firm specialising in  M&A, licensing, banking, and payment solutions  for the fintech, payments, and iGaming industries. We work with a global network of clients and partners to help businesses  launch, expand, and operate in highly regulated markets .

We are now seeking a  Business Development Manager (BDM)  to identify, engage, and build relationships with clients who are seeking to apply for or acquire licenses in the industries we serve. This role is at the heart of our growth, connecting client needs with FinMP’s expertise and solutions.

The Role

The BDM will be responsible for  prospecting and nurturing new client relationships , understanding their licensing needs, and introducing them to FinMP’s services. You will be the  focal point for the client within the organisation , ensuring a smooth handover between internal departments and supporting the process from initial conversation through to project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients  interested in applying for or acquiring licenses in fintech, payments, and iGaming sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships , acting as their main point of contact throughout the sales cycle.
  • Understand and present FinMP’s products and services , either at a high level or in detail depending on client needs.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams  such as Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure client requirements are addressed.
  • Manage the end-to-end business development process , from lead generation to closing agreements.
  • Track market trends and opportunities  to align with company strategy.
  • Represent FinMP at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities  when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in  business development or sales  within fintech, payments, iGaming, or related regulated industries.
  • Understanding of licensing processes or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Commercially driven, with a focus on delivering client value and meeting targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
